This hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas! We were greeted with a smile and conversation, everyone was so friendly! The hotel is beautiful and attention is paid to every detail-glasses chilling in the fridge! Extra towels! So quiet! I will definitely be a repeat guest! And the front desk was more than happy to entertain my question about the #4!!

I came to Charlotte for a wedding. We had a rental car and I was happy that there was a option to use the garage free of charge. The strip with a variety of restaurants was great! Easy access to the mall, walmart and fast food restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating.

Very clean, I loved the design of the entire hotel. Centrally located. (Plenty of restaurants across the street) Beautiful rooftop Asian restaurant ( I was only in town for one night. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant.)

The environment and the atmosphere was excellent. Everyone was nice and everyone made us feel welcome. The staff was nice and respectful, cleanliness was on point and you can tell they treat their guest with respect.

Breakfast was okay. There was a fair number of options to choose from. The fresh croissants were delicious. The property is beautifuly designed with modern touches and lovely art work.
